Strategic laziness

Perhaps I shouldn’t say this out loud!

I’m a fan of doing things the easy way. Best result for least effort!

You can call it “systems theory” but I call it “strategic laziness!”

This means you need to remove obstacles.

When you find and remove the limiting factor, results improve effortlessly.

So what’s the limiting factor for you right now?

It’s always under your control (so don’t blame “the market”.)

Is it:Your own commitment and clarity?Your use of time and attention?Your ability to learn & innovate?Your energy and drive?Your executive team?Your organisational culture?

This process – of finding and systematically addressing the weakest link – is at the heart of the Impact Multiplier Method.

When we start:

We do a diagnostic to isolate what is holding you back.Make sure you’re pursuing a 10X vision you actually care about.Diagnose the weakest link in your own leadership, and fix that.(It might be strategy or use of time, but it might also be the fact you’re secretly miserable!)Then we turn our attention to your leadership team.Once that’s fixed, we scale to your entire business.

What is one limiting factor YOU successfully overcame in the last 90 days? I’d be fascinated to know.
