What will be ENOUGH?

I love big ambition and big goals. Heck, my vision is to be the #1 go-to confidante to the highest-achieving mission-driven leaders on the planet.

But achievement and happiness are different dimensions. And I would be doing you a terrible disservice if all I did was make you driven.

I’m a recovering high-achiever. I’ve had a tendency to equate my worth with my achievement. To determine my success by external metrics. To wonder if any achievement, any success, is ever going to be enough.

It can create a powerful drive… until it starts eating you up.

Perhaps you’ve felt it too—that insatiable hunger for success that never seems satisfied.

And what a burden it is.

Intellectually, this can be easy to spot and dismiss. But this kind of belief can often have a visceral hold on you.

I’ve learned to shift my definition of success. I’m playing a 25-year game here… and it’s worth playing no matter the outcome. I’ve learned to redefine success, not just intellectually, but emotionally.

For me, success now means being grounded, aligned with my deepest values, and creating freely—not chasing external trophies.

Every successful leader hits a wall.
