Bring the fire

Beyond managing tasks, there’s managing people.
Beyond managing people, there’s leading people.
Beyond leading people, there’s forging leaders.

If you don’t forge leaders, your progress will drop down to the natural leadership growth of the people around you.

If you get frustrated with slow progress, all you can do is fire and rehire, with all the risk, cost, time, and cultural impact that entails.

But… why not build a Leadership Crucible?

A crucible harnesses pressure and fire to refine, and forge strength.

Your leadership crucible needs to do the same:
  • Harness the pressure of daily business life (not artificial training sessions).
  • Burn away what’s holding them back (stop being so nice!)
  • Support at a deep level (this isn’t about being a jerk!)
  • Refine their leadership like never before.
  • Forge a new strength in your core team.
Most leaders have processes to manage tasks… to manage people … and to lead them.

But very few have built a leadership crucible.

Perhaps it’s time?

Every successful leader hits a wall.
