Welcome to the Impact Multiplier CEO podcast. I'm Richard Medcalf, founder of X Quadrant, and my mission is to help the world's top CEOs and entrepreneurs shift from incremental to exponential progress and create a huge positive impact on our world now that requires you to reinvent yourself and transform your business.

So if you're ready to play a bigger game than ever before, I invite you to join us. And become an impact multiplier, c e o.

Hello and welcome to a new season of the Impact Multiplier c e o podcast. This season's called business as a force for good, and I couldn't be more excited. You see, every business obviously can be a force for good by serving its customers well, uh, creating a great environment for its employees. By delivering returns to shareholders.

But I'm really interested in those leaders who want to go one step further, who want to create a systemic positive impact in the world beyond that relatively narrow ecosystem. In other words, those leaders who out to create a huge dent in the universe, a huge positive impact in the planet, and see their business as a vehicle to do that.

You see, it's my personal mission to help extraordinary CEOs and entrepreneurial leaders to multiply their impact, to transform themselves, their business, and ultimately the world. And in this season I'm interviewing peoples who are well interviewing leaders, sorry, who are well on the way to that.

They've been recognized by real leaders, an organization which has been running some impact towards for the top 100 CEOs, and they've recently received that accolade and yet they're not done. So in this episode and this season, I want [00:02:00] to talk with those leaders. And I'm gonna find out what's their journey been, what's their origin story?

What got them on this path in the first place? What's the journey been like? How have they multiplied their impact already on this journey to get them to that recognition, uh, and status where they currently are. And then more importantly, what's the next level for them? How are they going to break through their current barrier to create the impacted scale that they truly long for?

At the time of recording this, I've interviewed a bunch of these leaders, but I haven't done all of the episodes. But what I can tell you is that all of these people I found to be really inspirational. They've got business acumen, they've got people skills, but most importantly, they're on a mission so big that nothing's gonna stop them.

So I hope you get a lot of value by listening into these inspirational leaders as you enjoy. Business as a force for good.
