Here's a true story about Marcus
Marcus is a senior operations manager in a large tech firm in London. He's risen quickly and now has a management role, a couple of levels down from the top executives.
He was working incredibly hard, but wasn’t getting recognition. His team wasn't creating the impact that was needed, held back by problems elsewhere in the business that Marcus didn't control.

Richard Medcalf
Founder
Richard Medcalf describes himself as "what you’d get if you put a McKinsey consultant, a slightly unorthodox pastor, and Freddie Mercury into a blender."
As the founder of Xquadrant, Richard is the trusted advisor to elite CEOs and entrepreneurs facing The 10X Reckoning—the moment they realise they’re stuck in their current success, playing too small, or moving too slow on their vision.
His 1:1 clients include billion-dollar CEOs, tech unicorn founders, an Entrepreneur of the Year, and an Olympic medallist—leaders determined to break out of incremental progress and create their life’s greatest work.
Richard has spent 25 years advising the C-Suite. He was the youngest-ever Partner at a top strategy consultancy, before spending 11 years at Cisco in an elite team reporting to the CEO. He holds a Masters from Oxford University, where he graduated top of his year.

There will be two calls each month, and all calls will be recorded in case you miss any. Call duration is 60 minutes.

No. This is a global group as it brings diversity of perspective and unlocks new networks and opportunities. The programme is delivered virtually.
The stakeholder pulse surveys in the "Observable Leadership Growth" section might feel a little edgy, but are in fact an amazing part of the programme.
We set you up for success, with a specific behaviour goal that you want to accomplish and that your sponsor finds relevant. This gives you a game you can actually win. Getting stakeholder feedback allows you to see your progress, and it also encourages your stakeholders to shift their perception of your leadership ability as they see you develop.
If for any reason you and your sponsor decide this approach is not relevant, it can of course be omitted. But we do recommend it where possible.
The programme is for you if you're already an experienced leader and are ready for your next level. You should be motivated to grow and develop, because we cannot do this work for you. And you must be ready to get a little uncomfortable!
The programme could be perfect if you are stepping up to a new leadership challenge, or if you feel a little stagnant in your current role.
This programme is NOT for you if you are not prepared to invest some time and focus to make it a success. Many leaders find this a life changing experience, but you need to be committed to yourself and your own development.
It varies, as the group composition changes over time – but it’s likely to be single digits. This is a high-quality focused experience for busy, senior leaders. Sometimes you’ll find you’re the only participant; other times it may be a group of six.
It’s important to realise that you’ll get personal 1:1 attention on every call, if you want it. And, even if you’re not in the hot seat, you’re always benefiting from the wisdom of the group and seeing other people being coached on situations that are very similar to your own.
